I love writing about people who are different. Some are forced to adapt to new circumstances in order to survive, others are originals, folks who have never really fit into mainstream society. But no one is humdrum, and all have dreams.

What do an embittered mail order wife, a former prostitute and brothel madam, a war refugee, and a woman who loves and protects spiders have in common? They all get another chance to fall in love. And what better setting for romance than Blake’s Folly, Nevada? Once notorious for its dance halls, saloons, silver barons, and divorce ranches, it is now a semi-ghost town of abandoned shacks and weedy dirt roads. But right here, those old stories are still very present, and they’re just waiting to be discovered.
